From bail reform to marijuana diversion, there's a lot of talk about criminal justice reform in Texas. But how do we know the impact of those reforms on our communities? How do we know if it's working? Is there a way to hold our elected officials accountable? Over the course of a year and several public information act requests, Texas Criminal Justice Coalition and January Advisors assembled over 800,000 criminal court dispositions throughout Harris County.
